No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win.
Photo Eligibility
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age. Zoo Med Labs, Inc. employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Photo Upload Formats
Images should be submitted in .jpg or .gif format, no more than 72 dots-per-inch ("dpi") resolution. Each photo should be submitted in two sizes: One at 200 pixels square or less (thumbnail) and one at 400 pixels square or less (large). Oversized photos will not be approved.
Photographer/Copyright
By submitting the photo you guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of the photo and you grant Zoo Med Labs, Inc. the right to reproduce the image without limitation and/or compensation.
Number of Entries
An individual may submit only 1 photo of each of his/her pet/terrarium or a group photo.
Photo Subject Restrictions
Photos must be appropriate for posting on a public website. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. Zoo Med Labs, Inc. retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
Winners
Zoo Med Labs, Inc. will select a first, second and third place winner. Winners will be selected and notified in writing by August 6th, 2010.
Image Modifications
Minor digital enhancement is permitted, but images that have been significantly modified or appear unnatural will be disqualified.
Additional Terms and Conditions
By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Zoo Med Labs, Inc. and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind resulting from your participation in this contest, including infringement of intellectual property rights. Zoo Med Labs, Inc. and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part from this contest. |
