Our store of the month for February is Porton Garden, Aquatic, and Pet Centre! This UK based store has been open for 35 years, and has expanded its selection to include reptiles, fish, birds, small animals, pond, farm, and garden! You could spend all day exploring their extensive complex, and they even have a café with coffee and ice cream for you to refuel during your visit.
Porton Pet Centre is a family run business, which was opened by Tony and Mary Allen in 1988. Shortly after, their son Gareth and daughter Laura joined the team to help care for the store.
Their store is just a few miles from the historic Stonehenge, which makes it a great stop during your sightseeing adventures.
Staff is always eager to help with customer service questions, and people will regularly come in seeking guidance with testing water quality, sexing animals, housing advice, and more.
Slowly but surely they have been expanding their store to dedicate almost a full room to each type of pet. With an aviary, fish room, and llama run, Porton Garden, Aquatic, and Pet Centre is practically a mini zoo.
